Once you are satisfied with the product after inspection, you may proceed with the payment to the courier rider. This policy is introduced to ensure transparency and complete customer satisfaction.

If, after inspection, you wish to request an exchange or return, you may contact our support team. Any return or exchange will be processed in accordance with Nooraya’s exchange policy, and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
